Yes. We offer modifications including additional doors, windows, ventilation, shelving, electrical wiring, and insulation. Custom modification requests can be added to your order or arranged after delivery.
Our used containers are graded Cargo Worthy (CW) or Wind and Watertight (WWT). CW containers meet international shipping standards and can be used for active freight, while WWT containers are fully sealed against the elements but not rated for ocean transport — ideal for storage.
Requirements vary by city and county. Most residential placements don’t need a permit for temporary use, but permanent installations or commercial sites often do. We recommend checking with your local zoning office before delivery.
Delivery trucks require a clear, level path at least 60 feet long and 12 feet wide for standard tilt-bed delivery. Let us know about any tight access, overhead obstacles, or slopes when you request your quote so we can plan accordingly.
Photos of the actual unit are provided for used containers upon request. For local pickups, in-person viewing can be arranged — just contact our team to schedule.
We primarily deliver nationwide across the USA. For international shipping needs, reach out to our team directly to discuss logistics and cost.
